A fost o criz\u0103 de propor\u021bii care a f\u0103cut toat\u0103 lumea s\u0103 discute despre lipsa puiului \u00een restaurantele KFC. \u00cen februarie 2018, criza #ChickenCrisis a devenit \u0219tire interna\u021bional\u0103, dup\u0103 ce aproape toate restaurantele KFC din Marea Britanie au fost nevoite s\u0103 \u00eenchid\u0103. Mother, agen\u021bia care preluase contul KFC cu doar 11 luni \u00eenainte, a propus o abordare diferit\u0103. \u00cen locul unei declara\u021bii corporative tipice, KFC a ales s\u0103 fie umil, sincer \u0219i s\u0103 aduc\u0103 o not\u0103 de umor.
